Ashburton hedge cutting reveals new Benchmark Showhome that's protected by Innovision 28 August 2008 The new Benchmark Homes Ashburton Showhome has been revealed after last night was spent cutting down the surrounding hedge. The Showhome is located on the corner of the Main South Highway and Racecourse Road is part of the Future Proof Building campaign running around New Zealand. With a spacious design for both the home and surrounding landscape this Showhome is a must see. Themed rooms, great detailing and a range of innovative products make this Showhome a leader in it's class. Safety and security was a focus when building this home, which features coded door locks and the comprehensive use of Innovision camera detectors though out. The Showhome is also linked to the Innovision remote interface so you can view the home from any where that has a broadband connection. Showhomes now open! 04 June 2008 You can now check out Innovision at two different Showhomes in the South Island of New Zealand.The first Showhome was constructed by Signature Homes Otago, who enthusiastically adopted Innovision as one part of a number of solutions that they can suggest for people who are building their dream home. Innovision has been designed to offer all the features of security, camera and automation systems in one easy to use system, that not only provides piece of mind but also future proofs peoples homes for years to come. Maxine, the Signature Homes Otago customer services manager stated that "Our completely flexible approach to the design process means customers really do get their home, their way". The Showhomes design has been adapted from the 'Picasso' in their Executive Collection and located at 76 Main Road, Fairfield in Dunedin. Christchurch's division of Jennian Homes has more recently opened the doors of their new Showhome. This four bedroom Platinum home showcases a number of products for future proof building including Innovision. Opening hours for viewing Innovision are from daily from 12 noon to 4pm.
