Display Module

Ten chrome buttons, backlit in blue, frame the 9cm colour screen. This unique display module shows system status and automatically shows live images if an event such as an alarm occurs.

The intuitive interface, written in clear English, uses colours and icons to show information. The easy to use menu system gives authorised users access to all the features of Innovision.

The display module automatically switches to screen saver when there is no activity sensed and the blue back lighting automatically dims. Activity, or pressing any of the chrome buttons, triggers the display back into operational mode.

Camera Detector Module

Innovision combines proven passive infrared (PIR) technology with digital cameras to create a discreet and reliable solution.

The camera works with the PIR sensor depending on how the system is configured. For example, cameras configured as security zones will take images when Innovision is being armed or has been alarmed, whereas a camera in an observation zone will activate whenever movement occurs.

Mounting
Wall mounted or with optional mounting brackets.

Outside Camera Module

The Outside Camera Module is housed in a vandal proof and element resistant dome casing. It comes with a standard or wide angle lens depending on the area that you wish to monitor. Unlike the Camera PIR Detector Module this camera is not incorporated with Passive Infrared Technology.

The camera is designed for outside use and should be configured as an observation camera, so it records images but never alarms the Innovision system.

Automation Modules

Innovision has the most useful functions of home automation without the excessive costs or complexities.

Electrical equipment such as lights, heating systems, automatic doors or gates can be activated from the display module, remote interface or remote transmitter. Innovision provides practical automation functions that are easy to operate, for activities you use frequently so you can get on and enjoy life.

Because it is integrated, it can, for example, turn lights on when the system is arming or disarming, or when movement is detected.

Zones.jpg

Zones and Settings

The system can be configured in a variety of ways to give intelligent behavior for a variety of applications. This is done though the use of interactive zones that can be configured as needed.

This allows the system to be used in a variety of applications - homes, holiday homes, commercial or industrial premises and apartments. Your installer uses a simple graphical interface that allows the system to be configured in about 10 minutes.

An authorised user is able to make simple changes to the system from the display module once Innovision is installed. For example, they can change their code, learn in a new remote transmitter to operate the system, change the time, and also set times for automation outputs to turn on and off,

Remote Connection

The high speed modem or Ethernet connection enables authorised users to connect to Innovision using a web browser on a computer. Remote access can be achieved either through a local computer network, or broadband Internet running in the premises. Choosing the remote connection gives authorised users the ability to access to their system while away from the premise.

Innovision can also send alerts to a monitoring company via Internet or phone, so they can then respond accordingly.

Cameras and zones are shown on the left hand side of the remote interface, these can be clicked on to bring up information on the right hand side. The demo also has an entrance light which can be toggled on or off by selecting "Light" and then clicking the "Activate" button.

For example:
Graeme has Innovision installed in his beach house in the Sounds. He can access his system via the Internet and check on the place, which is essential if he is contacted by his monitoring company due to a security activation. Right before he leaves on holiday, Graeme logs into his Innovision system remotely and turns on the water heating so the water is hot by the time he arrives.
